Invoicing: All funds must clear the Benabilla Auctions Trust Account prior to collection. All buyers should seek pre-approval for any assets being financed. All deposits are non-refundable.

Auction Timer: Starts at 7.00pm (NSW time) Monday 16th March, 2026. The auction will close when there are no bids, on any lots for 60 seconds. If there is a bid on any lot, the time will reset for the entire catalogue. The auctioneer may reduce the duration of the timer, at their discrection.

Collection: Please note collection of sold lots is strictly from 23rd March to 6th April. The vendor does have a telehandler on site and is able to assist with loading.

The vendor holds the right to accept any offer placed by a bidder, throughout the duration of the auction.
