Invoice terms: Strictly 24 hours from invoice receival.  Once payment has been reconciled in the Benabilla Auctions Trust Account, buyers will receive confirmation via email with pick up instructions.

Auction Timer: This is an online only auction. The timer starts at 7.00pm (NSW time) Tuesday 15th December, 2026. The auction will close when there are no bids, for 5 minutes. The timer will reset if there is a bid within this 5 minute interval. The auctioneer will reduce the timer at their discretion.

Inspection: Saturday 12th December 2026 from 8am-10am at Buninyong Preschool, Myall St, Dubbo.

Collection: Buyer is to arrange collection at their own cost. All assets must be collected by 15th January 2026. The vendor will arrange disconnection of services.
