Invoicing: All funds must clear the Benabilla Auctions Trust Account prior to collection. All buyers should seek pre-approval for any assets being financed. All deposits are non-refundable. Once funds have cleared the Trust Account, buyers will be emailed confirmation with pick up instructions.
Pick up: Saturday 4th October, 2025 or by appointment with the vendor.
Auction Timer: Starts at 7.00pm (NSW time) Tuesday 30th September, 2025. The auction will close when there are no bids, on any lots for 60 seconds. If there is a bid on any lot, the time will reset for the entire catalogue. The auctioneer may reduce the duration of the timer, at their discrection.
Inspection: There is a single inspection day on Saturday 27th September, 2025. Inspection times are 9.00am-12.00pm sharp. There will be no other inspections available other than this set day. Graincorp Sub Terminal - Eugowra Road, Parkes, NSW. Please note, under instruction from the vendor, no machine will be able to be started at inspection.
